Thermocryl Coat Ultra Light is the outer layer of the Thermocryl system: an acrylic coloured coating for exterior and interior walls with a thermal gel that slows the passage of heat and cold through the wall by thermal mass. The second generation is markedly lighter than the first, with a specific weight of 1 to 1.1 kg per litre against 1.6 to 1.7, and a 16 kg pail instead of 24 kg. The Standards Institution of Israel measured its thermal conductivity at 0.0526 W/m·K. It meets Israeli Standard 1731, contains an anti-bacterial agent and polyurethane binders for damp areas, resists UV and bridges hairline cracks. Apply over concrete, plaster, drywall or cement board after Thermocryl Primer, in colours from the PELES colour fan. Coverage 7 to 9 m² per pail; touch-dry in about 3 hours, fully cured in about 72 hours.
