Privacy policy

This is an English translation of the Hebrew policy published on 29.06.2026. If the two versions differ, the Hebrew version prevails.

General and consent to this policy

By using the site ("the Site") or in the course of your dealings with the Company, you agree to the collection, storage and use of information about you under this policy, and you are aware that the information will be kept in the Company's databases and processed in accordance with the law. You are not required to provide personal information, but without it we may be unable to provide some of the services or options on the Site.

Definitions

"Personal information": any information by which you can reasonably be identified (for example your name, phone number, email address, address or the content of an enquiry), as well as information protected by law.

"Non-identifying information": statistical or aggregate information that is not stored together with identifying details (for example the pages you viewed, time on page, traffic source, browser type or IP address).

Database and ownership

The information will be kept in the Company's databases and managed by the Company as their owner. It will be used in accordance with this policy and the law, for the purposes set out below.

Information we collect

• Information you provide directly: details you give in the contact forms on the Site, such as your name, phone number, email address, the content of your enquiry and other relevant details.
• Analytics and marketing information, collected by tools embedded in the Site:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4): to analyse use and improve the user experience.
• Google Ads: to measure conversions, target advertising, build audiences and remarket.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel: to learn about audiences, measure conversions and tailor advertising.
• TikTok Pixel: to measure conversions, build audiences and tailor advertising.

This information may include, among other things, the pages you viewed, actions you took, browsing events, IP address, device and browser type, cookie identifiers and traffic sources.

Purposes and legal basis

We process information for the following purposes:

• Providing, maintaining and properly operating the Site and the Company's services.
• Contacting you and answering enquiries, on the basis of your consent when you provide your details.
• Sending updates and marketing or promotional offers, subject to consent and the law, with an option to unsubscribe.
• Statistical analysis to improve our services, content and campaigns.
• Tailoring and targeting advertising, including remarketing and audience building.
• Meeting legal requirements, handling faults, preventing fraud, exercising rights and legal protection.

Depending on the case, the legal bases include consent, the Company's legitimate interest in improving its services and advertising in a proportionate and transparent way, compliance with a legal obligation, and/or performance of a contract.

Disclosure to third parties

We will disclose personal information to third parties only in one of the following cases:

• To provide and properly operate the Site and the services (for example cloud, hosting or measurement providers).
• Through the measurement and advertising tools of Google, Meta and TikTok; information may be transferred to servers outside Israel, subject to their policies.
• Under a court order, a demand by a competent authority or a legal obligation.
• In the event of a structural change, merger or transfer of the business, provided that the receiving party honours this policy.
• To disclose anonymous, aggregate or statistical information that does not identify you personally.
• To protect the Company's rights, prevent fraud and handle disputes and claims.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for operation, security, measurement, personalisation and targeted advertising (including GA4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel). You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect your experience and the functioning of parts of the Site.

Retention, place of processing and transfers abroad

We keep information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to meet legal requirements and to preserve evidence, in accordance with an internal deletion policy. Information may be processed outside Israel (including in the European Union and the United States) by global providers, subject to the applicable law.

Data security

We apply reasonable administrative, technological and organisational security measures in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, including access controls, encryption and system hardening. Even so, unauthorised intrusion cannot be completely prevented, and we therefore cannot guarantee complete immunity.

Your rights

Subject to the law, you have:

• The right to review the information about you held in the Company's databases.
• The right to have information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date corrected or deleted.
• The right to object to the use of your information for direct marketing and to ask to be removed from mailing lists.

You can exercise these rights through the contact form on the Site. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

Direct marketing and unsubscribing

Marketing messages are sent subject to your consent under the Israeli Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting). You can ask at any time to stop receiving marketing messages, through the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or by contacting us as set out above. Some operational or service messages may still be sent after you unsubscribe, where they are needed to provide a service.

Minors

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that information was collected from a child without the required consent of a parent or guardian, we will act to delete it.

Changes to this policy

This policy may change from time to time. Material changes will be published on the Site's home page at least 30 days before they take effect; non-material changes 7 days in advance. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date indicates your agreement to the updated version.
